For first year students it is hard to get familiarized to the university’s support tools and information system. This is because it is confusing, hard to navigate and is a laborious process. To solve this problem a chat interface is developed that uses ChatGPT to understand user’s query and provide it with a tailored and exact answers to its needs.
The technologies used to develop the website with the chat interface used the following components:

Axios with Node.js for API

AWS Elastic Beanstalk for Html, CSS and JavaScript code running.

Amazone RDS with MySQL
Cloud Infrastructure Security:
AWS Certificate Manager for SSL Certification
Backup and Disaster Recovery:
Incremental backup with Amazone RDS
Full back up with Amazone S3
The chat interface is able to provide students with a to the point answer by the given complexity of the data provided.
The chat interface uses the language learning module to understand the raw data and provides answers which are better than most of the staff members at the university.
