Residential Relocation Decision

This project addresses the challenges that are faced by individuals looking to relocate within the suburbs of New South Wales. The primary goal is to streamline the decision-making process by providing crucial information that people look for when relocating through an interactive a dashboard.

The project involves data collection from government sources, thorough cleaning, and analysis. Utilizing PESTEL analysis and correlation tests, essential factors influencing relocation decisions are identified. Due to time limitations, this project only focuses on key factors: rent, school availability, and crime rates. The Streamlit framework in Python is then utilized to create an interactive dashboard with filtering and interactive features for user-friendly and intuitive data presentation.

The dashboard, designed for efficiency, underwent rigorous testing to ensure functionality and accuracy. The project successfully met its objectives, contributing to informed decision-making in the relocation process.
